No. MenuMonkeys is a standalone system: orders arrive live in the staff app and, if you like, automatically on the receipt printer. If you already have a POS, we can optionally connect to it (CSV, REST or SFTP) — you don't have to switch anything.
How do orders reach the kitchen?+
Instantly as a push notification in your team's staff app — and optionally automatically as a ticket on a Star receipt printer (Wi-Fi is enough, no POS needed). On request also straight into your POS.

Yes, especially there. In the visual floor plan you create areas like terrace, beer garden, rooms or pool loungers — each table or spot gets its own QR code. In hotels the order goes straight onto the room bill.
