The mandatory information above is provided pursuant to § 5 of the German Digital Services Act (DDG). It applies to all services provided under menumonkeys.com and app.menumonkeys.com.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act – VSBG).
The online dispute resolution (ODR) platform operated by the European Commission was discontinued on 20 July 2025; a reference to it is therefore no longer possible or required.
Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG and general law. However, pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement becomes known. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove the content immediately.
